Daniel Sommers launched and managed a successful legal services business for over ten years and has worked as a criminal prosecutor and defense lawyer, litigating at both trial and appellate courts including the Supreme Court of Canada. He has served in COO roles and was chairman of the ethics working group of the International Society of Military Science. He has also provided private security at university campuses for Jewish organizations, as well as for an Israeli diplomat, and served in both combat units and the legal branch in the Canadian army reserve.
