WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Valid security guard license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Valid driver's license (must also have own vehicle)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness for patrolling and incident response
- Clear background check
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience (preferred but not required)
